UX/UI Design

Good design makes the next step clear.

We design websites and interfaces around what people need to do. Find the right information. Make a booking. Complete a form. Understand what you offer and decide whether it is for them.

A page can look considered and still leave people wondering where to go next. UX/UI design is where we work through that problem: how the experience fits together, how each screen works and how it feels to use.

We start with your users, your content and the tasks that matter. We map the important journeys, look for unnecessary steps and organise information so people can find what they need without having to understand your organisation first.

Sometimes that means rethinking a whole website. Sometimes it means fixing one awkward booking flow, simplifying a form or making a busy landing page easier to follow. The work should fit the problem.

Design that holds up in use

We turn that thinking into responsive layouts and reusable interface components. Content hierarchy, navigation, typography and interaction all have a job to do. A mobile screen gets the same attention as a desktop layout, including what happens when the content gets longer or someone encounters an error.

Accessibility is part of those decisions from the start: readable type, colour contrast, clear labels, visible focus and understandable feedback. We consider how the interface should work with a keyboard as well as a mouse or touch screen, then carry those requirements into development and testing.

Design and development stay in the same conversation. We consider real content, component behaviour and the editing experience while the design is taking shape, so fewer useful details get lost at handover.

For WordPress projects, that means layouts and components your team can actually maintain. We can take the design into our own build or work with your developers, with the scope and handover agreed at the start.

What we can help with

  • User journeys and task flows
  • Information architecture and content hierarchy
  • Wireframes and focused prototypes
  • Responsive website and interface design
  • Reusable components and interface states
  • Accessibility considerations throughout design
  • Practical handover and collaboration with development

A short route from question to decision

We agree what needs to improve, work through the structure, then refine the important screens with you. The people designing the work stay close to the conversation, so feedback can turn into decisions while it is still useful.

You can bring us a new brief or an existing experience that is not quite working. Start with the bit people find difficult.
