Slow WordPress sites are rarely caused by one dramatic problem. More often it is a collection of small ones: oversized images, a heavy theme, plugins loading assets everywhere, third-party scripts, poor caching, old code or a database carrying years of clutter.
We profile the site first rather than installing another “speed plugin” and hoping for the best. Then we work through the bottlenecks in the order that will make the biggest difference.
That can mean front-end development, image work, script loading changes, caching, database clean-up, CDN configuration or reviewing the hosting underneath the site.
We benchmark before and after so the improvement is visible. On suitable sites, we generally target strong Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals scores – but the real test is simpler: does the site feel fast for the people using it?
